Refund policy

Effective October 6, 2026

If eOctavo isn't for you, you can have your money back within 30 days of buying it. No questions asked.

How to get a refund

1. Email support@eoctavo.com within 30 days of your purchase.
2. Include your Stripe receipt (forwarding the receipt email is easiest), or the email address you bought with and the date.

We refund the full price to the card or account you paid with, through Stripe. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.

Once a purchase is refunded its download link stops working, and the licence to use eOctavo ends.

Customers in the EU and the UK

eOctavo is digital content that's delivered as soon as you pay. By buying it you ask us to deliver it straight away and acknowledge that the 14-day right of withdrawal ends once delivery starts. Our 30-day guarantee applies anyway, so in practice you can still change your mind for longer than the law requires.

After 30 days

If something's wrong, email us anyway: we'd like to fix it. Nothing in this policy limits the rights you have under consumer law, for example if eOctavo doesn't work as described.

Please email us before disputing a charge with your bank. A refund from us is quicker for everyone.
